Nejsme korporace.
Jsme lidé, kteří pomáhají zdravotnictví neztratit směr. Jsme Umbrellateam.
Osobní expertní tým z Beskyd, který pomáhá ordinacím, nemocnicím, poskytovatelům sociálně-zdravotních služeb a dodavatelům zdravotnického IT zvládat provoz, digitalizaci, interoperabilitu, telemedicínu, AI, eHealth, GDPR, bezpečnost a zdravotnicko-právní souvislosti.
Umíme mluvit s lékaři, sestrami, fyzioterapeuty, managementem, IT týmy, dodavateli i právníky tak, aby si konečně rozuměli.
Máme rádi věci, které drží pohromadě: Jasnou cestu, férové slovo, poctivou práci a řešení, která obstojí v praxi.

From Beskydy to healthcare
Mountains teach us perspective.
Healthcare teaches us responsibility.
We bring peace, strength and a bit of healthy stubbornness from the Beskydy Mountains. Not in the sense of "we know everything best", but in the sense that when we do something, we want it to make sense, last and help people in real life.
Digitalizing healthcare is not a race in acronyms. It's not a competition to see who can say the most English words. It's about working with people, data, rules, systems, accountability, and the everyday realities of care.
That's why you won't find corporate fog with us.
We'd rather sit down at the table, ask good questions, and help identify what's really needed.

Friendly expertise
Expertise that doesn't have to be played with
for unavailability
We understand healthcare, law, operations, digitalization, interoperability
and the supply world. But we know that true expertise is not recognized by complex words. It is recognized by the fact that we can explain a complex thing clearly.
When we deal with FHIR, EHDS, DPIA, medical documentation, public procurement, telemedicine or contract
with the supplier , we still talk in human terms.
We are not here to impress you.
We are here to help you make the right decision.
Daily in the reality of operation
We don't build castles in the air. We build things that are supposed to work.
Healthcare is not a laboratory environment. It's a waiting room, an ambulance, a ward, a reception, documentation, a phone, a patient, an insurance company, a supplier, an inspection, a system outage, a full calendar, and a team that needs to get through the next day.
Therefore, we propose solutions with respect
to operate.
We don't ask you to adapt reality to the presentation.
We help you adjust a presentation, plan, process, contract, documentation or system so that it stands up to reality.

How we work
We listen first.
Every provider, hospital, team
Even the supplier has a different context. We don't start with a universal template. We start with a conversation.
We ask what you're dealing with, what's holding you back, what's pushing you, what you've already done, what you're afraid of, and what needs to work on Monday morning after launch.
Then we name the essence
Often it is not a single problem. There is often a bad specification hidden under “we need new software”. There is often unclear responsibility under “we have a problem with the supplier”. There is often a missing service, documentation and process under “we want telemedicine”.
We help untangle things.
Then we deliver usable outputs
We don't want to be consultants who only leave a nice presentation.
We deliver things that can be used: checklists, methodologies, guidelines, terms of reference, decision-making documents, process maps, RACI, contract annexes, test scenarios, data dictionaries, architectural diagrams, training and specific next steps.
And if necessary, we go into the field with you
We can be at a meeting with a supplier, a workshop with a team, preparing a brief, a pilot, training, acceptance, resolving a dispute, or explaining the change to the people affected.
We are not just “write to us and we will keep our fingers crossed”.
When it makes sense to be there, we are there.
What sets us apart
We can translate between worlds
Between the clinic and IT. Between management and the supplier. Between law and operations. Between European regulation and the Czech practice. Between the vision and what actually happens in the system.
We connect things that are often solved separately
Operations, legal, data, security, interoperability, specifications, suppliers and change adoption are all interconnected. When each is addressed separately, gaps arise. We help keep the whole together.
We like specificity
“We recommend considering appropriate measures” is not our favorite output. We prefer to write down exactly what to do, who should do it, in what order, with what risk, and how to know it’s done.
We are not afraid to say something unpleasant.
When a project doesn't make sense, we'll say so. When the brief is weak, we'll say so. When a contractor promises more than they can deliver, we'll say so. When a client complicates their life with their own processes, we'll say so too — politely, but clearly.
We are not advocates of digital fetishism
Technology should serve care. Not the other way around. Digitalization should make work easier, improve safety, accessibility, data quality, or decision-making. When it doesn't, it needs to stop.

Our values

Brightness
We say complex things simply. We don't hide healthcare law, digitalization, interoperability, or GDPR behind acronyms. We translate them into decisions that healthcare professionals, managers, IT teams, and suppliers can understand.

Humanity
We can be assertive when defending the client's interests. And sensitive when it is necessary to listen. We know that behind every project there are not only systems, processes and documents, but also people who have to do their job without unnecessary pressure.

Fairness
We play fair. We say what makes sense, what is a risk, and what is just an expensive shortcut with no benefit. We don't sell fear or buzzwords. We'd rather name the truth early than try to extinguish the problem later.

Usefulness
We don't want to be consultants who only leave a presentation. We deliver things that can be used. Methodologies, checklists, terms of reference, contractual annexes, processes, training, decision-making documents and specific next steps.

Humility and perspective
We know the healthcare industry, but we don't pretend to know everything for you. We ask questions, listen, and look for a path that matches the reality of a specific practice, hospital, team, or product. We bring with us the perspective, strength, and respect for honest work from the Beskydy Mountains.
Responsibility
When we design something, we think about the operational, legal, data, people and security impacts. We don't just give advice. We help set things up so they stand up to scrutiny, in contracts and in everyday practice.
